AINORA
AINORA, MB: “AINORA builds AI voice agents that let service and sales teams serve more clients with the same team. The agents call back every lead within a minute, take the details a quote needs on the call, re-contact past customers for recalls, renewals and win-backs, and answer the calls the team cannot get to.”
How does AI appointment booking by phone work?
“When a caller wants to book, the AI runs a natural conversation: what service, what time preference, which provider. It checks real-time availability across your calendars, matches the right specialist, books the slot, and sends an SMS confirmation, all before the caller hangs up.”
在公司资料中查看Can it match the right provider for the service?
“Yes. AI knows which provider does which services, handles certifications, regular-client preferences, and caller history. If a client asks for their regular stylist, they get the regular stylist. If the service needs a specialist, AI routes to the one available.”
在公司资料中查看What about reschedules and cancellations?
“Callers reschedule or cancel through AI directly without waiting for staff. The calendar updates instantly, and the freed slot becomes available to the next caller or the top of the waitlist.”
