How long does a readiness assessment take?
“A standard AI readiness assessment takes two to three weeks, one week of information gathering and workshops, one week of analysis, and a final session to walk you through findings and recommendations. For larger organisations with multiple business units, we can extend the scope. We agree the timeline upfront so there are no surprises.”

“No. The assessment is designed to work with whoever owns the business and its processes. We need to talk to people who understand your operations, your data and your team, not necessarily your IT department. That said, if you have technical staff, their input is valuable and we include them in the appropriate sessions.”
