The Quantum Club
The Quantum Club: “An invitation-only executive members club and elite talent partner based in Amsterdam — connecting the exceptional with the roles, companies, and rooms the open market never lists.”
Is a headhunter more expensive than a recruiter?
“Often, because the work is harder: reaching people who aren't looking. But value tracks the role: for a scarce senior seat, headhunting reaches candidates a recruiter's pool won't contain. The Quantum Club's fee is success-only, 25%, with partner rates agreed per engagement.”

“That's precisely who they approach: proven people who aren't on the market. A first conversation is exploratory and confidential.”
在公司资料中查看Do headhunters and recruiters use the same methods?
“They overlap, but the emphasis differs: recruiters lean on applications and volume, headhunters on research, referral, and direct approach to passive talent.”
在公司资料中查看How can a company tell whether it is talking to a headhunter or a recruiter?
“By how they propose to find people. Ask whether they will work the role exclusively, whether the candidates they present applied or were approached, how they reach people who are not looking, and which comparable seats they have filled.”
