Where can I find my order?
“You can check the status of your order and follow the delivery process at any time by using the tracking code recieved by email. To do this, enter the tracking number on the Track your order page of our logistic partner (DHL outside of France, Chronopost in France).”

“You may return or exchange any product ordered on Jitrois.com within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the invoice. Simply contact our customer service department via e-mail at customerservice@jitrois.com.Our team will guide you through the return procedure and address any questions or concerns you may have.”

“Simply contact our customer service department by sending an e-mail to customerservice@jitrois.com within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. The service will then send you a pre-paid returning label to send the product back to Jitrois.”

“Orders are processed on receipt of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times vary by zone: Zone 1: Approximately 10 working days from order acceptance.”
