What warranty applies to appliance repairs?
“Appliance repairs carry a warranty from 3 months to 2 years depending on the type of repair: 3 months for standard repairs, 1 year for inverter boards, 1 year for a partial sealed-system repair, and 2 years for a full sealed-system rebuild. Work without replacement parts, such as a refrigerant top-off without a repair, may carry no warranty.”

“HVAC repairs carry a 1-year warranty. If the problem comes back within warranty, we come back. New HVAC systems include 10 years of manufacturer parts coverage and 2 years of labor coverage. Labor coverage can extend to 10 years only with an active maintenance plan at $290 per visit, two visits per year.”
