“Our executive search process begins with learning about the role and your company culture. We do a deep dive to understand exactly what you need and the type of person who will truly thrive at your organization.”

“A typical executive search takes up to two months. We generally provide qualified candidates within the first two weeks and continue refining the search as we move forward. “Over 15 years of doing this, we have always held total confidentiality for both candidates and clients; we have never had a single issue with information leaking. When it comes to cultural and leadership fit, we go far beyond just placing someone.”
