Balloon Bay
Balloon Bay: “Balloon Bay has designed custom balloon decorations across San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and the South Bay since 2019 — arches, garlands, and installations for baby showers, birthdays, weddings, and corporate events, with delivery, professional setup, and teardown included.”
Can you match our company's brand colors?
“Yes — we precisely color-match balloons to your brand palette and logo from Pantone codes, hex values, your brand guide, or a photo of your signage, and confirm the palette with a mockup before the install. We can incorporate custom letters, numbers, a logo panel, or signage.”
在公司資料中查看Do you provide invoices and work with corporate procurement?
“Yes. We provide itemized quotes and invoices and can coordinate with your procurement, finance, facilities, or events team. We're set up to handle the paperwork corporate clients need to approve and process payment.”
在公司資料中查看What should you look for in a professional balloon arch service for corporate events?
“Six things separate a corporate-ready balloon vendor from a party decorator. We do all six, and every corporate quote starts from our $800 minimum per event.”
在公司資料中查看Do you decorate small business events?
“Yes. Shops, restaurants, studios, and small offices book us too, and how we price it depends on what the event needs.”
在公司資料中查看How do corporate balloon installations work on the day?
“A corporate balloon installation is scheduled around your venue rather than around us.”
