Why can't I take waste out of the containers?
“ARGO's owner municipalities pay us to receive and forward waste for recycling. We are therefore not allowed to just pass on the waste. But in our Gensalg stores, you can find some of the useful items that others have donated for recycling.”
When is Gensalg open?
“Our two second-hand stores, Gensalg Køge and Gensalg Roskilde open on Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday-Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m . Read about the shops here.”

I can't use the recycling centre During opening hours – what do I do?
“If you do not have the opportunity to visit one of our recycling centres during opening hours, you have the opportunity to sign up "24/7 recycling centre”. Once you have signed up for the scheme, you can use one of our recycling centres open around the clock after opening hours.”
Can I pay cash at the recycling centre?
“No, unfortunately we do not accept cash at our recycling centres. Instead, payment must be made via invoices that are sent out once a month.”

“Commercial waste is all the waste that is generated by a company – this applies to both the household-like waste that the employees produce, but also any waste from the company's production.If you have carried out a task for a citizen, the waste is considered commercial waste if it is delivered by a company.”
