What is your late policy?
“When you reserve a Private Tour, you rent the entire bike. We will wait on you and your group to get there! Please note, we will still end the tour at the determined time so you will only be cutting into your reservation. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of time.”
What is the weather policy?
“We will ride, rain or shine! Unless you hear from us, your tour is still on.”
What is your cancellation policy?
“We understand that things come up when we least expect it so we keep our policy pretty simple with this one. If your group needs to cancel for whatever reason, we will do our best to refund your money if reasonable notice is given (we encourage 24 hours in advance).”
How many people can the bike fit?
“Minimum — No minimum but the more the merrier!”
Does BG Pedal sell beer on the bike?
“No! We do not sell or serve beer but riders of age are allowed to bring their own. Limits to what you can bring listed above.”
