What’s the difference between Blak and a Persona?
“Blak is your personal AI for everyday conversations and planning. Personas are AI characters you create with their own descriptions and conversation styles. They’re digital characters, not the real people they may be inspired by.”
When can I speak to someone on Minit?
“Our trained listener team is staffed from 9 AM to 9 PM IST. Connections depend on listener availability. Minit is for adults 18 and over, and is not an emergency or crisis service.”
Can I control memory and personalization?
“Yes. You can review and change your choices in the app’s settings, including memory, personalization and permissions. You can also find account-deletion options in your profile.”
