How does the Anti-Pinch design actually work?
“Mechanical spacer maintains a 3 mm safety gap between the two cleaner halves even at maximum magnetic force. A crew member can intentionally close the gap with deliberate force, but accidental finger pinch is mechanically prevented.”
Is the 2-meter drop test for the tool or for the magnet engagement?
“Both. (a) The outer half survives a 2 m drop onto concrete without cracking. (b) The internal magnet retention survives 200+ engage/disengage cycles. Real-world high-rise dropping risk is mitigated by the included safety rope.”
Do you supply replacement blades, cloths, or magnets separately?
“Yes. We stock OEM replacement parts (silicone / TPE / EPDM blade kits, microfiber cloth refills, sample magnets) for distributors who run a service / repair channel. Listed in the wholesale price list.”

“Yes. The safety rope length / color, water tank 100-250ml, and magnet configuration (NdFeB) are all configurable on stock shells. Blade material (silicone / TPE / EPDM) too.”
Do you provide CE certificates issued in our brand name?
“Yes — for OEM clients shipping CE-marked product into the EU, we issue the CE Declaration of Conformity under your brand name. Test reports remain in Fonoran factory name as the manufacturer of record.”
How long does sample approval take?
“Stock-shell OEM samples: 7 days from artwork approval. Custom-mold OEM samples: 40-60 days from final 3D drawing, depending on complexity. Express ship adds 3-5 days.”
