Questions & answers
How long does manufacturing and installation take?
“Manufacturing takes 7–8 weeks from order confirmation; installation 1 to 3 days depending on the size of the product. For urgent orders — we agree separately.”
When do you come to measure?
“We take exact measurements on site once the preliminary price works for you. We come with all the tools needed and consult on site.”
Do you work across all of Lithuania?
“Yes — we serve all of Lithuania. Main areas: Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys. Smaller towns — by arrangement.”
Do you make products to custom dimensions?
“Yes — that is our main specialisation. All products are made to your individual dimensions. We do not have standard sizes — every project is unique.”
What kind of glass do you use?
“We use only tempered safety glass (8–12 mm) for partitions, showers and doors. For railings (stairs, balconies, terraces) we use only VSG laminated glass with PVB film: broken toughened glass shatters and leaves an empty opening, while laminated glass stays in place because the film holds the layers together. All materials meet EU standards.”
What payment options do you accept?
“We accept payment by bank transfer: 50% deposit, 30% before delivery, 20% after installation. For business clients we issue an invoice. Payments via SEB or Paysera banks.”
