“We understand that plans change so whilst tickets are non-refundable, if you are no longer able to attend your original booking, then you absolutely can change the date.”

Is parking available and free?
“Yes! We offer free parking for all our guests across our 175-acre site, whether you arrive by car, minibus, or coach.”
Do you offer a none rider ticket?
“At Lightwater Valley, we strive to provide a full family day out that everyone can enjoy. While we don't offer a non-rider ticket, the entrance fee covers much more than just the rides. It includes access to a variety of attractions and experiences that cater to all ages and interests, including parents!”
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child who is under 90cm?
“No! Any children who measure under 90cm can enter the park for free.”
I am a Season Pass Holder, how do I book to visit?
“You do not need to pre book if you are a season pass holder, you can simply arrive any day during the 2026 season and present your pass to the team at admissions.”
