“For all order change requests, please email info@maruccisports.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed. Custom and personalized items cannot be altered once in process.”
What duties, taxes, or fees will I have to pay upon delivery for international orders?
“Customers may be responsible for VAT, GST, import duties, and brokerage fees upon delivery. UPS may offer reduced brokerage under eBP in some countries. Marucci pays shipping; customer is responsible for customs and fees.”
What is BBCOR?
“BBCOR (Bat‑Ball Coefficient of Restitution) applies to big barrel bats (25/8″, -3 oz). Required in high school (since 2012) and college play. Bats must have a BBCOR stamp to certify compliance.”
