“No. Watch Austin's video above for the long version, but the short version: if you can see it or smell it, you don't need a test to confirm what's already in front of you. Paying for testing first is usually money you don't need to spend.”
Is my attic too big for a standard treatment?
“Our standard treatment covers the large majority of Front Range homes. If your home is on the larger side, give us a call and we will get you an accurate quote. No surprises, no add-ons.”
Will you have to tear apart my attic?
“No demolition required. Our ADFT process (Antimicrobial Dry Fog Treatment) is a dry antimicrobial fog that penetrates wood, insulation, and tight spaces without removing any materials. That's what makes the 1-day job possible.”
How much does mold removal cost?
“We quote every job off photos, usually the same business day, so you get an exact number for your home instead of a rough estimate. Send a few pictures of the area with your zip code and we'll send the price back in writing. Attic, crawl space and spot treatments are all quoted this way.”
