How do I get a quote?
“Through the site form, a phone call or WhatsApp. Pricing is based on your order specs, film type, width and quantity.”
Do you offer custom printing?
“Yes, up to 10 colors with high precision on rolls and bags, from artwork preparation to delivery, all in-house.”
What is the minimum order quantity?
“For stock products it depends on the product, and each product page states its own minimum. For custom printing the minimum run is 150 kg for 1 colour, 300 to 500 kg for 2 to 4 colours and one tonne for 5 colours or more.”
Do you provide samples before ordering?
“A free sample is sent once a contract is signed, and before mass production we send a sample so you can approve quality and technical specs.”
Do you deliver nationwide and abroad?
“Yes, we deliver across Iran, and our film has reached regional markets including Iraq. Those orders went through intermediaries; we have not sold directly to a buyer abroad.”
Do I need a machine to close it?
“No. Peel the liner off the strip and press the flap down. No sealing machine and no heat, which makes it the fastest option for boutiques, warehouses and online order fulfilment.”
What sizes are available?
“23 stocked sizes, from 6×8 to 50×60 cm, in 30 or 40 microns. Sizes outside that list are made to order.”
Is it sold by weight or by count?
“By the kilo, direct from the factory. How many bags are in a kilo depends on size and thickness; send the size you want and we will work it out.”
What film does an autoclave need?
“A heat-resistant grade that will not deform at your cycle's temperature and steam and whose seal will not open. Send the temperature, cycle time and working pressure of your autoclave; those three numbers decide the choice.”
Can ordinary film not be used?
“No. Ordinary films soften, shrink or lose their seal at autoclave temperature. This application has its own grade.”
Small bubbles or large?
“Small for light items and delicate surfaces that need even coverage; large for heavier items and for filling void space in a carton. If the product has a sharp edge, more layers matter more than bubble size.”
Which side faces the product?
“The bubble side faces the product, so the air sits between the product and the impact and the bubbles do not burst as you wrap.”
Do you make custom widths and lengths?
“Five widths are made: 50, 100, 120, 150 and 200 cm, on rolls of about 90 m, sold by the kilo. Send your carton and product dimensions and we will propose the best width.”
