Questions & answers
I’m at the stop and the Postbus is not here yet. Where can I find information on the current departure times?
“The online timetable provides information on delays. QR codes can also be found on the timetables of the individual stops, which provide real-time information on any delays.”
Where can I find physical timetables for my stop?
“The timetable for each stop can be downloaded and printed via the bus stop timetable.”
My train was late and I missed my PostBus connection. Why didn’t the Postbus wait for the train to arrive?
“Although the PostBus timetable is coordinated with the arrival and departure of trains and other public transport, there is only limited scope for waiting for delayed connections due to the tight timing of the timetable.”
Will I receive compensation if the Postbus is delayed?
“Compensation for delays is regulated nationally. You can find more information and the form to apply for compensation at SwissPass.”
I would like to express my wishes and suggestions regarding the current timetable. Who can I contact?
“We would be happy to receive suggestions and your wishes concerning the timetable in the draft timetableTarget not accessible.”
How can I receive proof of a delay?
“If you need proof of a delayed Postbus, please take a photo of the screen with the timetable information on the Postbus or a screenshot of the online timetable just before getting off at your stop.”
