What is your MOQ?
“It depends on the order type. Stock styles with your logo: MOQ from 100 sets, mixed colors and sizes allowed. Full custom development: 300–500 pcs per style per color. Custom Pantone color: 300-500 pcs per style per color. Samples: 1–2 pcs; the sample fee is returned once your bulk order exceeds 200 sets (stock styles) or 600 sets (custom development).”
How long does sampling take?
“Stock style samples with your logo: 7 days. OEM development samples: 10–15 days, depending on fabric availability.”
Do you offer custom development from sketch / image?
“Yes. If you send us a physical sample or high-quality photos of a reference garment, we can match the fabric, construction and fit. This is one of the fastest development paths — typically 10 days to first sample, with 2–3 fabric options to compare.”
What fabrics do you specialize in?
“We specialize in nylon/spandex and polyester/spandex activewear fabrics, including a 94/6 hand-feel option across 220–320 GSM. Our 40+ stock fabric library supports faster sampling and selection by compression, stretch, finish and end use.”
How do I start working with you?
“Send us a reference image, your logo (AI or PNG), and a rough quantity idea. You don't need a tech pack — we can guide you through fabric selection, sizing and construction details. We'll reply with fabric options, pricing and a sample timeline within 24 hours on weekdays.”
Do I need a tech pack to place an order?
“No. Many of our clients are new brands who only have reference photos or Pinterest boards. We can build the tech pack with you based on your references, our stock style library and your fit preferences. Tech pack creation is included in the development process — no extra charge.”
What info should I include in my first inquiry?
“Four things help us reply faster: (1) reference photos or a style name you like, (2) quantity estimate, (3) your target market (for compliance and fabric suggestions), and (4) your logo file if you already have one. Even one or two of these is enough to get started.”

“YOUMEGA is a manufacturer since 2017, not a trading agent. YOUMEGA operates two facilities: Xiamen for cut-and-sew and Yiwu for seamless production. This structure avoids middleman markup, keeps QC, logo application, packaging and export support under one team, and gives buyers a direct factory route.”

“YOUMEGA starts stock plus logo orders from 100 sets. Full custom OEM/ODM starts at 300-500 pcs per style per color. YOUMEGA reviews size range, fabric, color, logo method and construction before confirming the route, so the MOQ matches the real production path.”
Can you make plus-size and 3XL seamless activewear?
“YOUMEGA can extend true seamless activewear into plus-size and 3XL when the reference, fabric and pattern fit Santoni 17-21" large-cylinder production in the Yiwu seamless factory. If the design needs panels, zippers or structured shaping, YOUMEGA recommends cut-and-sew instead of forcing a false seamless route.”
What certifications does YOUMEGA hold?
“YOUMEGA works with OEKO-TEX Standard 100, BSCI, GRS, EU REACH and US CPSIA. Every order is checked under AQL 2.5 before shipment. Certificates are confirmed by project and destination market, so the compliance evidence matches the buyer's fabric, label and export requirement.”
Do you test activewear for pilling before bulk?
“Yes — every style goes through an abrasion/pilling test and is graded before bulk is approved.”
Will the colors hold after washing?
“Yes — we run wash and rub colorfastness checks before bulk and keep dye lots consistent across reorders.”
