Pickleball is a strong choice for a mixed-ability team: it’s easy to introduce, played in doubles, and venues can arrange coaching and rotating games.

A straightforward option: 212HK, Wong Chuk Hang

212HK has four indoor courts and offers corporate events with court hire, equipment, and coaching. It says it can host groups from 8 to 100+, with formats such as beginner instruction, team games, and tournaments. (212hk.com)

    To arrange it:

    1. Estimate attendance and choose a time window. For example, four courts let 16 people play doubles at once; ask the venue to plan rotations if more people are coming.
    2. Request a corporate-event quote through 212HK’s event inquiry form or by emailing [email protected]. Give them your preferred date, headcount, event length, and whether everyone is new to pickleball. (212hk.com)
    3. Ask for a beginner-friendly run of show: a short rules and skills intro, coached warm-up, mixed-team games, then a casual mini-tournament. Ask whether paddles and balls are included, how many coaches they recommend, and what footwear to bring.
    4. Confirm the practical details: total price, deposit and cancellation terms, court exclusivity, food and drink options, and any accessibility needs.

Other venue to compare: Stackd Pickleball in Hopewell Hotel·Mall, Wan Chai, lists three professional indoor courts and lessons; you can contact it at 6368 1655 to ask about a company booking. (hopewellhill.com.hk) Bay Pickle also advertises corporate events with private court access, introductory coaching, team-building games, and catering options. (thebaypickle.com)

You can send a request like: “We’re planning a beginner-friendly company pickleball session for [number] people on [date/time], for [duration]. Could you quote for multiple courts, equipment, coaching, a rotation or mini-tournament format, and optional catering?”

If you share your headcount, preferred Hong Kong district, and approximate budget, I can help narrow down the venue and court count.
