“Students receive 8 allowed absences annually with 24-hour notice. If you miss a lesson, you'll have access to the recorded session. Exceeding 8 absences may result in removal from tutorials. No refunds are issued for absences.”

“Emergency absences are evaluated individually. Commonly excused absences include internet connection loss, pilgrimage, pre-planned holidays with advance notice, and illness with appropriate documentation.”
