View in the company profileHow do I book a technician and confirm the time?
“Send your device type and model, the fault, your location and a suitable time via the request form or WhatsApp. The team contacts you to confirm part availability, an approximate price and the technician's arrival time before confirming the appointment. You can reschedule or cancel by contacting us before the technician sets off.”
View in the company profileHow is the repair price determined?
“The price depends on the device model, the fault, and the part you choose. We ask for the device details and a photo of the fault when needed, then show you the options and cost before we start. If an extra internal fault appears after inspection we tell you first, and never carry out any extra work without your approval.”
