Shaats Electrical
Shaats Electrical: “Rs 199 visit. Electrician for all electrical works in Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) - maintenance, AMC, repair, CCTV and installation for homes, shops and factories. Open 9 AM-9 PM.”
What does an AMC cost for a Shendra MIDC factory?
“Rough benchmarks: small factory up to 50 HP, 1-2 panels, quarterly visits - Rs 22,000 to 38,000 per year. Medium unit 50-200 HP, 3-6 panels, quarterly visits - Rs 38,000 to 70,000 per year. Larger factories or those needing monthly visits are quoted after the baseline survey. Pricing reflects actual installation size, not a standard per-HP rate.”
View in the company profileOur Shendra factory is newly commissioned - do we need an AMC this early?
“The first year after commissioning is exactly when an AMC is most valuable. Civil contractors install the electrical but rarely verify earthing resistance, megger-test the cables or check that protection devices are correctly calibrated.”
View in the company profileOur earthing was done by the civil contractor but never tested. Is that a problem?
“It is common in Shendra and it should be tested. Civil contractors install the electrode and back-fill, but rarely measure the resistance.”
