New Energy: “Private port operator on the Danube at km 87 of the Kilia Branch, Izmail. Transshipment, storage, bagging, ship agency, freight booking, customs control zone on the terminal and multimodal logistics for grain, mineral fertilizers, steel, ore and break-bulk cargo. Active since 2007, listed in the Register of Port Operators of Ukraine, ISPS Code UAIZM-0019.”
Who owns and operates the New Energy terminal?
“TOV NEWENERGY (LLC NEWENERGY) is a private Ukrainian limited liability company, EDRPOU 35048670, founded in 2007. New Energy is the sole operator on the territory: the berths (GTS-3360 and GTS-3164) and covered warehouses are owned by the company, and the 7 ha land plot is held on a 49-year lease.”
View in the company profileIs New Energy a state-run port or a private operator?
“Private. On the Danube cluster both state-run and private port operators coexist; New Energy is a fully private operator within the Izmail seaport boundaries. This means decisions are made commercially without state-tariff constraints, and the contractual relationship is direct.”
View in the company profileWhat is your operating mode?
“24/7 operation means around-the-clock cargo handling with no scheduled pauses or weekends off. This is essential for vessel-arrival predictability and for cargoes that require continuous handling (e.g. time-sensitive grain shipments).”
