“Standard’s $100/mo care plan includes small edits, hosting, security maintenance, backups, uptime monitoring, and a monthly report of visits, phone-link clicks, and successful form submissions. Domain renewal is billed at cost.”
View in the company profileI'm a small business on a tight budget. Can we still work something out?
“Yes. I'm a one-person studio that genuinely likes helping local businesses get online, and I'd rather find a way that works than turn good people away. Reach out and tell me what you're working with. There's usually a path.”
View in the company profileWhat does managed IT cost?
“Essentials is $50 per device per month: monitoring, updates, security settings, and backup checks, with any troubleshooting billed at $120 an hour. Managed is $100 per device per month and adds unlimited remote support during business hours.”
