L-TEK Sp. z o.o.
L-TEK: “L-TEK designs and manufactures durable interactive dance mats and USB dance pads for StepMania, ITGMania and DDR-style rhythm games — used at home and in arcades worldwide. Interactive mats since 2004; first commercial models 2006.”
Which L-TEK dance mat should I choose?
“For serious play with StepMania, ITGMania or DDR-style rhythm games, choose L-TEK Prime (mid-tier hard pad with noise-reducing build) or L-TEK PRO X (flagship with full UV-printed panels). For experienced players seeking entry-level price, choose L-TEK Core (wooden base + polycarbonate panels).”
View in the company profileDoes L-TEK work with Mac?
“Yes — all L-TEK dance mats work with Mac (Intel and Apple Silicon) via USB-C hub. The included USB A-B cable plugs into any powered USB-C hub. macOS detects the mat automatically as a USB HID controller — no drivers required. StepMania, ITGMania and Project OutFox run natively on macOS.”
View in the company profileCan I connect L-TEK dance mat to PlayStation 2 or PSX?
“Yes — purchase the L-TEK PS2 & PSX Converter (€33-€42). It's a plug-and-play adapter with sub-1ms conversion latency, no external power needed. Supports all 4-panel and 5-panel L-TEK mats. Works with classic DDR PS2/PSX titles, Stepping Selection and other rhythm games.”
