Are supplements a replacement for vet or medical treatment?
“No. Supplements sit alongside a good diet and routine care. If your dog is unwell, on medication, pregnant or has a health condition — or you have a medical condition yourself — speak to your vet or doctor first.”
View in the company profileCan I give my dog more than one Biotic’s Gain chew?
“Often yes, but check the labels for overlapping ingredients, follow the feeding guide on each tub, and ask your vet if your dog is on any medication.”
View in the company profileHow should I introduce a new chew?
“Start gradually over a few days and follow the feeding guide on the tub. This gives your dog’s tummy time to adjust.”
View in the company profileHow long should I give a new supplement?
“Give any new supplement several weeks of consistent daily use before you decide whether to keep it in the routine. A product fed daily for a general reason is a slower judgement than one used around a single event.”

“Yes. Our Multi Collagen Peptides are halal, grass-fed and GMO-free. They’re currently available on Amazon UK and Australia.”
