Exequtech
Exequtech: “Exequtech builds field service management (FSM) and job management software — built in South Africa for trade and service businesses in South Africa and worldwide. ExequtechOS runs quotes, job cards, work orders, invoicing, stock, and teams in one platform; Exequ-Jobs is its offline-first mobile app for field technicians.”
Can I keep CoC documents and test results with the job?
“Yes. Notes, photos, and document references live on the job card itself, so certificate details and test readings stay attached to the specific installation they belong to — searchable by client and site, years later.”
View in the company profileDoes it handle both contract projects and fault callouts?
“Yes. Bigger installations can be grouped into projects with multiple jobs and teams, while callouts run as standalone jobs with fast dispatch. Both feed the same client history, stock, and invoicing.”
View in the company profileWill the app work in basements and DB rooms with no signal?
“Yes — Exequ-Jobs is offline-first. The full job card, photos, materials, time logging, and signatures all work without connectivity and sync automatically when the device finds signal again.”
View in the company profileCan I track which electrician installed which serialised item?
“Yes. Inventory supports serial-number tracking, so serialised components can be traced from goods receipt, to the van, to the specific job and site where they were installed.”
